Where I've led

Brought in specifically to rebuild the Creative Department at one of America's 18 largest and fastest-growing churches. Made difficult personnel decisions, established fresh culture, and built new systems from scratch. Hired and developed new creatives across design, video, photography, and social. Lead a team of 14 with 7 direct reports plus dozens of volunteers. Oversaw the church's expansion from 3 to 5 campuses in under one year. Asked to elevate every creative outlet of the organization, from brand consistency and campaign quality to social reach and in-room production. Managed large budgets across marketing, environments, and apparel for major events. Led cross-functional collaboration across pastoral, production, marketing, and communications teams. Built Dais, an AI-powered content tool that saved the team hours of work each week.

Started as a part-time student worker doing graphic design for Convocation and campus events, and grew into one of the department's primary creative leaders over four years. Took on full social media management and content creation responsibilities, growing @libertyosd from 18,000 to 43,000 followers and @libertyworshipcollective from 20,000 to 45,000. Personally accounted for over 40% of the team's total design output while simultaneously managing strategy and execution across multiple platforms. Led campaigns requiring 25+ posts in a single day, coordinating design, photography, and videography teams. Ultimately promoted to Associate Creative Director, where I led a multidisciplinary creative team executing graphic design, motion design, photography, and videography. Mentored and coached 10 student workers while managing full-time team members. Directed creative efforts for major events, often leading 15+ team members. Planned and executed 10 music releases in collaboration with worship teams.

Led the social media team for four consecutive years across Nashville and Dallas. Designed all graphic assets, directed and produced high-engagement video content, and managed the full creative team on site. Content generated over 2 million Instagram views in the most recent year alone.

Working independently across photography, videography, and design for over 30 organizations including churches, conferences, music artists, and brands. Managing every aspect of each project from scoping and shooting to editing and delivery. Built a reputation for quality that has led to recurring clients and full-time staff opportunities. This work continues to sharpen both the technical craft and the business instincts that inform how I lead creative teams today.
